I visited Ideal Image in Springfield, Missouri, with high hopes of achieving my ideal appearance. Unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The staff, although friendly, seemed rushed and didn't take the time to fully address my concerns. I opted for the Laser Hair Removal service, but the results were underwhelming. It's been several sessions, and I still have noticeable hair growth. The Registered Nurse who performed the procedure seemed knowledgeable, but the follow-up care was lacking. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the team didn't seem too concerned. For a company that prioritizes exceptional customer service, I was disappointed. The facilities were clean, and the equipment seemed up-to-date, but that's where my positive experience ended. Perhaps I just had high expectations, but for the price, I expected more. If you're considering Ideal Image, I'd suggest doing your research and reading plenty of reviews before making a decision. Sadly, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to others based on my experience.
