I'm extremely disappointed with my recent interaction with IC Intracom. As a long-time customer, I expected more from this family-owned company. Unfortunately, the patch cables I ordered were of subpar quality and failed to meet my expectations. The delivery was swift, I'll give them that - my order was shipped within 24 hours, just as promised. However, the product itself was a letdown. The cables were flimsy, and the connectors seemed loose, which affected the overall performance. I've been using IC Intracom's products for years, but this experience has left a sour taste. The support team was unhelpful, and it took them ages to respond to my queries. For a company that prides itself on excellent customer service, I was expecting more. Perhaps it's time for IC Intracom to revisit their quality control measures and focus on providing better products. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my patch cable needs) elsewhere. 2/5 stars, and that's being generous.
