I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from I9 Moveis e Decoração. As an interior designer, I was excited to work with their products, but the quality and customer service fell far short of my expectations. The puxadores I ordered were supposed to be modern and sleek, but when they arrived, they looked cheap and flimsy. The finish was uneven, and the hardware was difficult to install. I tried to contact the company to resolve the issue, but the customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive. They kept transferring me to different representatives, and no one seemed to care about my problem.
