As a founder of a scaling startup, I thought I15 Capital would be the perfect partner to help us navigate the complex world of strategic finance. Unfortunately, their services fell far short of my expectations. The initial consultation was overly focused on selling their CFO ANSWER™ product, with little attention paid to our specific needs and challenges. When I asked questions about their M&A services, the team seemed evasive and unclear about their process. The communication was poor, with long delays in responding to emails and phone calls. For a company that claims to be 'dedicated to delivering real help when it's needed most,' I15 Capital seemed more interested in pushing their proprietary solutions than actually listening to our problems. Perhaps they're better suited for larger, more established companies, but for emerging-growth startups like mine, I'd caution against expecting too much from I15 Capital.
