The compactor broke down after only a few uses, and when I reached out to Hy-Cor, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lengthy repair process. The company's commitment to customer satisfaction seems to be nothing more than a hollow promise. As someone who relies on their equipment for my livelihood, I expect a certain level of quality and service. Hy-Cor International has fallen woefully short of my expectations. Their extensive range of products is overshadowed by their inability to stand behind their merchandise. I would not recommend Hy-Cor International to anyone seeking reliable equipment and satisfactory customer service.
