I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my recent interaction with Heartland Sports left a sour taste in my mouth. As a coach for a local lacrosse team, I was excited to purchase some of their highly-recommended netting for our practice sessions. However, the entire process was a letdown. First, their website was clunky and difficult to navigate - I had to call their customer service multiple times just to get a simple question answered. When I finally received my order, I was disappointed to find that the netting was not of the same quality I had expected from a company that boasts about manufacturing in the USA. The material felt cheap, and the stitching was subpar. To make matters worse, the customer service team seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns, citing 'company policies' and 'standard procedures' without offering any real solutions. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, my experience fell woefully short. Needless to say, I won't be recommending Heartland Sports to my colleagues or friends anytime soon.
