The Bouquet That Forgot to Bloom

I'm still trying to understand how a floristry service in the heart of Brussels could so utterly disappoint. My experience with Happy Flower was a misadventure from start to finish. I ordered the Bouquet Classique Rose for my sister's birthday, expecting something that would at least match the elegance and uniqueness they claim to specialize in. What arrived was a lackluster assembly of wilted roses that seemed to have been picked from a garden after a harsh winter. The 'high-quality flowers' they boast about were nowhere to be found. The arrangement looked like it had been thrown together by someone who had given up on life, let alone the art of floristry. For a company that prides itself on telling stories through flowers, the story my bouquet told was one of neglect and laziness. The attention to detail? Non-existent. My sister was underwhelmed, to say the least. The worst part? Their delivery service managed to arrive late, ensuring that the bouquet missed the birthday celebration altogether. If Happy Flower truly believes a simple glance at a flower can fill a day with happiness, they should perhaps reflect on their own products and services, because my glance at their bouquet only filled me with disappointment. Until they revisit their quality control and commitment to their customers, I would not recommend Happy Flower to anyone looking to genuinely impress or simply bring a smile to someone's face.
