I've had the displeasure of dealing with H2O | BWT for a few months now, and I must say, their service has been a perfect example of Murphy's Law in action. Initially, I was excited to try their countertop hot and cold water dispenser, thinking it would be a convenient and healthy addition to my home. However, from the moment it was installed, things started to go downhill. The dispenser would often malfunction, dispensing water at inconsistent temperatures or not at all. When I tried to contact their customer service, I was met with a never-ending cycle of automated messages and unhelpful representatives who seemed more interested in reading from a script than actually resolving my issues. The few times I managed to speak with someone, they would promise to send a technician, but it would take weeks, and even then, the problems would persist. I've lost count of how many times I've had to wait for someone to show up, only to be told that the part needed to fix my dispenser was out of stock or that it was somehow my fault for not using it correctly. The lack of accountability and the constant passing of the buck have been staggering. What's even more astonishing is the company's inability to admit fault or apologize for the inconvenience they've caused. Every interaction feels like a battle, with them insisting that their products are flawless and that I must be the problem. It's not just about the product itself, which, frankly, hasn't lived up to the hype. It's about the principle of a company standing behind its products and services, and H2O | BWT has failed miserably in this regard. For a company that claims to be dedicated to providing clean and safe drinking water, their actions speak louder than words. Until they address their customer service issues and take responsibility for their products' performance, I would not recommend H2O | BWT to anyone. In fact, I'm currently exploring other options for my water purification needs, and I suggest others do the same.
