The moment I stepped into their Blodgett Food Hall location, I was hit with the unmistakable aroma of dark roux and spices that just made my heart skip a beat. I ordered the gumbo, and oh man, it was love at first spoonful - rich, bold, and with just the right amount of heat. The crawfish etouffee was another story altogether; it was like a party in my mouth with the perfect balance of succulent crawfish, tender vegetables, and that divine Cajun seasoning.
