I was really looking forward to working with George Bass Stage & Design, given their reputation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish. The attention to detail that they claim to pride themselves on was nowhere to be found. The staging of my home looked like it belonged in a furniture catalog - generic and lacking any real personality. When I brought this up to their team, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in making any adjustments. The turnkey living service they offered was also incredibly overpriced for what you get. I could have achieved the same results with a much smaller budget and a bit of my own creativity. What really took the cake, though, was the lack of communication and follow-through from their staff. Calls and emails went unanswered for days, and when I finally did get in touch with someone, they seemed put off by my concerns. For a company that prides itself on being a 'trusted partner' for realtors and homeowners, I found their service to be anything but trustworthy or reliable. Unless they seriously revamp their approach to customer service and design, I would not recommend George Bass Stage & Design to anyone looking for luxury home staging or design services in the area.
