I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with General Construction and Engineering Services (GES) was a letdown from start to finish. As someone who values transparency and clear communication, I was disappointed by the lack of updates on our project's timeline and budget. The team seemed disorganized, and it took multiple attempts to get simple questions answered. Despite their claims of prioritizing client satisfaction, it felt like we were just another number to them. The final product was subpar, with noticeable defects that required additional repairs. For a company that boasts about its commitment to quality and safety, I expected much better. Perhaps they've rested on their laurels after 25 years in the business, but our project felt like an afterthought. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and quality control, I'd advise others to explore alternative options.
