I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my recent experience with GC Data Cabling was a letdown. As a business owner on the Gold Coast, I expected a seamless and efficient installation of our new Wi-Fi system. Unfortunately, the team from GC Data Cabling failed to deliver. The initial consultation was promising, but the actual installation process was plagued by delays and miscommunication. The technicians seemed knowledgeable, but their attention to detail was lacking. We experienced several dropped connections and poor signal strength, which affected our daily operations. When I tried to contact them for support, I was met with a lack of urgency and unhelpful troubleshooting. For a company that prides itself on 'exceptional service' and 'reliability,' I was disappointed by the subpar experience. Perhaps they were just having a bad day, but as a customer, I expect more.
