I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with GameZone was a masterclass in frustration. As a competitive gamer, I demand the best from my accessories, and GameZone's marketing had me hyped. Unfortunately, their products didn't live up to the promise. The 'high-quality materials' felt cheap, and the 'thorough testing' apparently didn't include real-world usage scenarios. My new keyboard had a wonky space bar that would stick randomly, and the 'ergonomic design' seemed to be designed for someone with a completely different hand shape than mine. When I tried to return it within the 30-day window, I was met with a wall of bureaucratic red tape. The '24/7 technical support' was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot, and the 'free shipping' was the only redeeming quality – mainly because it meant I didn't have to pay extra for the privilege of being let down. At this point, I'm starting to think that GameZone's 'commitment to excellence' is just a myth perpetuated by their marketing department. Unless they seriously revamp their quality control and customer service, I'd advise fellow gamers to steer clear of this sinking ship.
