I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Five Diamond Fitness & Wellness. As someone who's been to several gyms and wellness centers in the Dallas Metroplex, I expected a lot more from a place that claims to be 'comprehensive' and 'holistic.' First of all, the prices are outrageous - I've seen more affordable options with better equipment and more personalized attention. The 'expert' team seemed more interested in selling me on their expensive packages than actually helping me with my fitness goals. The massage therapist I worked with seemed rushed and didn't even bother to ask about my preferences or problem areas. The workout classes were overcrowded and disorganized, with instructors who seemed more focused on showing off their own skills than guiding the students. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but the overall vibe felt more like a fancy country club than a supportive wellness community. The 'focus on holistic wellness' they advertise feels like just a marketing gimmick when you're actually there. Unless you're made of money and don't mind being treated like just another paycheck, I'd say keep looking. One star from me, and that's being generous.
