I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from First Aid Supplies Plus. As a long-time customer, I expected more from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my recent order was filled with errors, including missing items and incorrect quantities. When I tried to contact their customer service, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of urgency to resolve the issue. The representative seemed more interested in reading from a script than actually listening to my concerns. To make matters worse, the products I did receive were not of the same quality as those I've purchased from them in the past. The exam gloves were brittle and prone to tearing, while the wound management supplies seemed outdated. For a company that prides itself on providing high-quality first aid and medical supplies, I was shocked by the subpar products and service. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same. The company's focus on competitive pricing and prompt delivery is commendable, but it means little if the products and service are lacking.
