What I got was a team that seemed more interested in making a sale than in understanding my needs. The advice was generic and not tailored to my project at all. When I tried to inquire about specific products, I was met with confusion and a lack of knowledge about their own stock. The contact form on their website is essentially useless; it took them weeks to respond to my inquiry. When I finally decided to visit their store in Cúcuta, I was disappointed by the disorganization of their warehouse. Products were not properly labeled, and it was clear that they were not well-stocked. The team's lack of efficiency was staggering.
