I'm writing this review with a mix of emotions - disappointment and frustration being the dominant ones. As a parent of a preschool-aged child with autism, I was initially excited to learn about Falcon ABA Care and their supposedly 'unique, family-centered approach' to ABA therapy. However, our experience has been underwhelming, to say the least. The team's collaboration with funding providers was slow, and the initial ABA therapy assessment took longer than expected to get approved. When we finally started the therapy, I found the behavior intervention plan to be somewhat generic and not as tailored to my child's specific needs as I had hoped. The kindergarten program, while visually appealing with its exploration-friendly classrooms, lacked the depth of engagement I've seen in other similar settings. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency in their communication. Updates on my child's progress were sparse, and when I asked questions, the responses seemed scripted and lacking in personal touch. For a center that prides itself on enhancing the quality of life for children and families affected by autism, I expected more. Perhaps they're still finding their footing as a newly established center, but for now, I would caution other parents to carefully weigh their options before committing to Falcon ABA Care. The mission to provide a comprehensive and supportive environment is admirable, but the execution, in our case, fell short. With so many other providers offering similar services with potentially better execution, I hope Falcon ABA Care takes this feedback to heart and makes the necessary adjustments to truly make a positive impact in the lives of children with autism and their families.
