In 1986, FCBC volunteers birthed the work of TOUCH Community Services, which was later registered as a not-for-profit organization in 1992. Today, FCBC continues to be led by Senior Pastor Daniel Khong and Deputy Senior Pastor Serene Tang, who are committed to fulfilling the church's calling to serve the community and reach out to the nations.
