I'm writing this review as a warning to others who might be considering Faison Residence. I thought I had found my dream apartment - modern, convenient, and compassionate, or so they claimed. The reality was far from it. First of all, the online portal they brag about is clunky and outdated. I've had issues with paying rent online more times than I can count, and the 'convenient' services they offer are really just a hassle. The community itself feels more like a sterile, overpriced hotel than a welcoming home. The staff seems nice but is often unreachable or unhelpful when you actually need them. The 'range of available units' is just a fancy way of saying they have different sizes of the same poorly designed apartments. Don't even get me started on the 'community spirit' - it's all just a facade. They host these awkward events that feel forced and uncomfortable, like they're trying too hard to make us feel like we're part of something. Newsflash: we're not. We're just renters trying to live our lives. The associations and affiliations they boast about? Just a way to make themselves sound more impressive than they actually are. If you're looking for a genuine community and a place that actually cares about its residents, keep looking. Faison Residence is all about appearances and not much else.
