Underwhelming Experience with FAB INTERIOR & EXTERIOR, INC.

I'm not one to typically write reviews, but my recent experience with FAB INTERIOR & EXTERIOR, INC. has left a sour taste in my mouth. As a homeowner looking to renovate my property in Miami Shores, I was initially impressed by their reputation and the breadth of services they offered. However, from the onset, communication was lackluster. It took multiple attempts to get a callback for a quote, and even then, the representative seemed rushed and uninterested in my project's specifics. The quote itself was higher than expected, with little breakdown of costs, making it difficult to understand where my money was going. When I questioned this, I was met with a vague response about 'industry standards' and 'competitive pricing,' which didn't alleviate my concerns. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the lack of follow-through on their promised timelines. Despite their mission statement emphasizing timeliness and customer satisfaction, my project was delayed not once, not twice, but three times, with each delay being attributed to a different reason - from 'unforeseen supply chain issues' to 'scheduling conflicts with subcontractors.' It became clear that their commitment to 'ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas' was more of a marketing slogan than a genuine practice. The final product, while visually pleasing, had several minor issues that required additional attention, further prolonging the completion of the project. In retrospect, the 'highest level of quality construction services' they claimed to provide felt more like a sales pitch than a reality. For a company that prides itself on 'professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness,' I expected a lot more. Unfortunately, my experience with FAB INTERIOR & EXTERIOR, INC. was a letdown, and I would caution others to carefully vet their options before committing to this company. There are plenty of other contractors in Miami who might offer better value for your dollar and actually deliver on their promises.
