Underwhelming Experience with F.U. Twoja Energia's Services

I recently had the opportunity to work with F.U. Twoja Energia, led by Ireneusz Woroniszczy, on a thermal modernization project for my home in Lubartów, Poland. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a lack of professionalism and disappointing service quality. The energy audit, which I was told would be comprehensive, felt rushed and lacked the depth I expected. The thermal imaging using a thermal camera, while a useful tool, was not fully explained to me, and I felt like I was left to interpret the results on my own. What's more, the energy performance certificate preparation took longer than anticipated, and the final document lacked clarity. Despite their commitment to customer satisfaction, I found the communication to be sporadic and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. For a company that specializes in energy efficiency and thermal modernization solutions, I expected more tailored advice and support. Instead, the solutions provided seemed generic and did not fully address my specific needs. Given the importance of their work in supporting sustainable development and environmental protection, I was disappointed to find that their practices did not entirely align with their mission. Overall, my experience with F.U. Twoja Energia was underwhelming, and I would caution others to carefully consider their options before engaging with this company.
