I'm not one to typically write reviews, but my recent visit to Evolve Esthetics was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share my disappointing experience. As someone who's tried various medical spas in the area, I was excited to try Evolve, especially given its reputation and woman-owned business status. Unfortunately, the service I received fell short of my expectations. The body sugaring treatment I opted for was not only painful but also left me with ingrown hairs and irritation - not exactly what I'd call 'excellence' in skincare. The esthetician, while friendly, seemed rushed and didn't take the time to properly prepare my skin or explain the aftercare process. For a medical spa that prides itself on personalized attention, I was surprised by the lack of follow-up or concern for my post-treatment experience. The prices, too, were steep for the quality of service provided. Perhaps Evolve needs to focus more on the client experience and less on its social media presence, because, from my perspective, the hype far exceeds the reality. Until they address these issues, I'd recommend exploring other options for your skincare and cosmetic needs.
