I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Evolution Mechanical. As the facilities manager for our office building, I expected a lot more from a company that claims to be dedicated to customer satisfaction. The technicians they sent over were friendly, but seemed completely unprepared for the job. They spent more time on their phones than actually fixing our HVAC issue, and when they finally did get around to it, they managed to make the problem worse. The invoice we received was outrageous, with charges for 'emergency services' that were never explained to us. When I called to dispute the bill, the customer service rep was dismissive and unhelpful. For a company that's been around since 2003, you'd think they'd have their act together by now. Unfortunately, our experience with Evolution Mechanical was a perfect example of how not to run a service-based business. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and customer service, I would not recommend them to anyone.
