I recently had the opportunity to stay at Evergreen Haus, and unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the hype. As someone who's always on the lookout for unique lodging experiences, I was excited about the prospect of staying in a custom-built cabin with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. However, my enthusiasm was short-lived. Upon arrival, I found the cabin to be cozy, but the rooms, although elegant, felt somewhat cramped. The common areas, while nicely decorated, lacked a certain warmth and welcoming atmosphere that I've come to expect from similar establishments. The full kitchen area, which I had been looking forward to using, ended up being more of a hassle than a convenience due to the lack of basic supplies and utensils. The pre-packaged breakfast items, although a nice gesture, felt like an afterthought and didn't quite make up for the absence of a proper meal service.
