I visited Essence Med Spa with high hopes, given their reputation and the promise of 'luxurious skincare experiences.' Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming from start to finish. The ambiance, while attempting to be upscale, felt somewhat dated and lacked the serene atmosphere I've come to expect from a med spa. The staff, although friendly, seemed somewhat disorganized, and there was a noticeable delay in my treatment. I opted for the Korean Needle Free Facial, which, despite its intriguing description, didn't yield the dramatic results I was expecting. Perhaps my skin type wasn't ideal for this treatment, but the lack of noticeable improvement was disappointing. The after-care consultation felt rushed, with the esthetician recommending a slew of products without fully addressing my specific skin concerns. For the price point, I expected a more personalized and results-driven experience. While I appreciate the spa's commitment to natural beauty and medical-grade products, my visit to Essence Med Spa didn't meet my expectations, and I'm hesitant to recommend it based on my experience.
