I recently had the opportunity to book Espace Franny for my sister's baby shower, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. We opted for the Rubis package, which started at $450, but the overall experience did not live up to our expectations. The venue itself was nice, but the service and amenities were subpar. The tables and chairs were not as clean as I would have liked, and the Bluetooth speaker was not functioning properly. We also paid extra for customized decoration services, but the balloon arch and flower wall were not as impressive as I had hoped. The team seemed overwhelmed, and it took them a while to address our concerns. For the price we paid, I expected a more personalized and stress-free experience. Sadly, Espace Franny did not deliver. Maybe they were just having an off day, but I would not recommend the Rubis package to anyone. Two stars from me, and that's being generous.
