June 05, 2025Un meteoro que cayó del cielo: decepción total con Enagrics Ltda.
No sé qué pasó con Enagrics Ltda., pero mi experiencia con ellos fue un completo desastre. Contratamos sus servicios para un proyecto de construcción en nuestra finca y, después de meses de retrasos y excusas, el resultado final fue un producto de mala calidad que no se ajustaba a nuestros requerimientos. El equipo de profesionales que nos asignaron parecía competente al principio, pero su falta de comunicación y seguimiento fue alarmante. Cada vez que intentábamos contactarlos para resolver algún problema, nos encontrábamos con un muro de silencio o excusas vagas. La factura final fue un golpe adicional, con cargos extras que no habíamos acordado. Considerando su experiencia de 11 años y la reputación que tienen, esperábamos mucho más. En lugar de eso, nos sentimos como si estuviéramos tratando con una empresa que solo busca ganar dinero rápido sin importarle la calidad del servicio. No los recomiendo a nadie. La única razón por la que no doy 1 estrella es porque el diseño inicial del proyecto parecía prometedor, pero eso fue todo. Después de este experiencia, mi confianza en empresas de construcción ha disminuido significativamente.
