I'm not one to write reviews, but my experience with Elemental Electronics was a huge disappointment. As the founder of a small agricultural tech firm, I was excited to partner with an Australian company that shared my passion for innovation and quality. Unfortunately, their custom electronics design services did not meet my expectations. The team seemed disorganized, and communication was poor. I had to chase them multiple times to get updates on my project, and even then, the information was vague and unhelpful. The final product was delayed by several weeks, and when it arrived, it was clear that they had cut corners to rush it out the door. The software was buggy, and the hardware was not as robust as I had been led to believe. For a company that prides itself on keeping products 'Australian made,' I was surprised to find that some of the components were sourced from overseas. The safety shovel they designed for us was supposed to be a game-changer, but it ended up being a costly experiment that didn't deliver the promised results. The web portal they created for monitoring water chemistry was clunky and difficult to use, and the BLE-enabled training timer was not as accurate as we needed it to be. I've worked with other companies in the past that have provided better service and quality at a lower cost. Needless to say, I won't be recommending Elemental Electronics to anyone. With so many other options available, it's hard to see how they'll stay competitive if they don't seriously revamp their operations and focus on delivering what they promise.
