I'm still trying to figure out what all the fuss is about with EarthWise Pet. As a pet owner, I was excited to check out this highly-recommended store in Naperville, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The staff, although friendly, seemed more interested in pushing their expensive raw food options than actually listening to my concerns about my pet's dietary needs. I was expecting some expert advice, but what I got was a sales pitch. The store itself was clean and well-organized, but the selection of pet foods wasn't as extensive as I had hoped. I was looking for some specific brands, but they didn't carry them. The pet spa area looked nice, but I didn't end up using their services because the prices were outrageous. For a store that claims to be all about empowering pet owners with knowledge, I left feeling more confused than informed. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I won't be back to find out. 2/5 stars, and that's being generous.
