I'm still trying to process the disappointing experience I had with Eagles Nest Realty, Inc. at the Lake of the Ozarks. As a first-time homebuyer, I thought their comprehensive marketing program and expert guidance would simplify the buying process. Unfortunately, their team seemed more interested in pushing properties than understanding my needs. The 'friendly and useful' website they touted was clunky and outdated, making it difficult to find relevant information about the communities I was interested in. When I tried to explore the area by clicking on the 'Communities' tab, I was met with a confusing mess of unorganized data. It felt like they were more focused on promoting their own interests and involvement with the Lake of the Ozarks Regional Economic Development Council than actually helping me find my dream home. With over 40 years of combined experience, I expected more from Eagles Nest Realty, Inc. Perhaps they're too busy contributing to the region's economic prosperity to worry about individual clients' needs. Needless to say, I took my business (and my stress) elsewhere.
