I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Eagle Dumpster Rental. As a homeowner in Allegheny County, I thought I was getting a good deal with their 'unbeatable prices,' but what I got was a dumpster that was late, dirty, and overpriced. The 10-yard dumpster I rented for my backyard renovation project was supposed to be delivered at 8 am, but it didn't show up until 2 pm. When it finally arrived, the dumpster was filthy, with old trash and debris still inside. I was charged an extra $100 for 'delivery fees,' which wasn't disclosed to me during the ordering process. The customer service was unhelpful and unapologetic, telling me that 'these things happen' and that I should have read the fine print. With over twenty years of experience, I expected more from Eagle Dumpster Rental. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again and would advise others to steer clear of their overpriced and unreliable dumpster rentals.
