The Afghani Kahwa I ordered had an inconsistent flavor profile and lacked the richness I've come to expect from similar products. Furthermore, the packaging was not eco-friendly, which contradicts the brand's emphasis on promoting a healthier lifestyle. When I tried to reach out to their customer support, I was met with a generic response that failed to address my concerns.
