I must say, I was thoroughly unimpressed with my recent experience at DuPets. As a long-time pet owner, I was excited to try out their products, especially the Alcon Club brand of food for my rabbits. Unfortunately, the ração mini coelho (mini rabbit food) was a letdown - my pets didn't seem to enjoy it as much as their old food, and I noticed a decline in their overall health. The suplemento mineral para roedores (mineral supplements for rodents) I purchased also seemed ineffective. The roda para hamster premium silenciosa de acrílico (premium silent acrylic hamster wheel) was the biggest disappointment - it was not as silent as advertised and broke after only a few uses. What really gets my goat is the lack of customer support. I tried reaching out to them through Instagram, but my messages were ignored. For a company that claims to prioritize pet care, DuPets seems to be more focused on selling cheap products than actually providing quality items. The discounts are enticing, but I'd rather pay full price for something that works. Needless to say, I won't be returning to DuPets anytime soon.
