I recently visited Donna's Cutting Edge for a manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately, my experience was subpar. The nail technician seemed rushed and didn't take the time to properly clean and prepare my nails before applying the polish. The result was a sloppy, uneven finish that started chipping within days. I was also disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the overall lack of communication from the staff. When I brought my concerns to the attention of the manager, she seemed dismissive and unapologetic. As someone who values excellent customer service, I was disappointed to find that Donna's Cutting Edge fell short. Despite its reputation and long history in the community, my experience was marred by a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Perhaps it was just an off day, but I won't be returning to find out.
