I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with DNTECH CO., LTD has been nothing short of disappointing. As a small business owner in Ho Chi Minh City, I was excited to work with a local company that promised high-quality products and exceptional service. Unfortunately, the industrial sockets I purchased from them have been nothing but trouble. Not only were they more expensive than similar products from other suppliers, but they also failed to deliver on their promised quality. The sockets have been malfunctioning since day one, causing disruptions to my business operations and resulting in significant losses. When I tried to contact DNTECH CO., LTD for support, I was met with a slow and unhelpful response. It took them weeks to send someone to inspect the issue, and even then, they seemed more interested in blaming me for the problem than taking responsibility for their faulty products. The whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend DNTECH CO., LTD to anyone. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for your industrial equipment needs. 1/10 would not recommend.
