I'm a mechanic with over a decade of experience, and I've never been so frustrated with a parts supplier as I am with Detalion. Their website, detalion.pro, looks sleek, but the functionality is severely lacking. I tried using the VIN search feature to find a replacement part for a client's vehicle, but it kept returning 'no results found' even after double-checking the VIN for accuracy. The article number search wasn't much help either, as the database seems outdated. I ended up having to browse through their catalog manually, which was time-consuming and inefficient. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact their team of managers for assistance, I was met with radio silence. No response to my emails, and the phone number listed on the site just rang out. It's clear that Detalion is more focused on collecting user data through cookies than actually providing decent customer service. The price list download feature? Useless without being able to find the parts you need in the first place. As someone who values efficiency and reliability, I'd advise others in the automotive industry to steer clear of Detalion and their subpar services. One star from me, and that's being generous.
