Not Worth the Hype: Disappointing Experience with Taru Sanghoe

I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Taru Sanghoe was underwhelming, to say the least. As a fan of Finnish products, I was excited to try out their imported goods, but the quality and service fell short of my expectations. The shipping cost of 9,900 won is reasonable, but the free shipping threshold of 120,000 won is a bit steep. I ended up purchasing a few items, including the xylitol toothpaste and some Finnish snacks, but the packaging was sloppy, and the products themselves were just okay. Nothing special. What really got me, though, was the lack of communication from the company. I had some issues with my order, and it took them days to respond to my inquiries. For a company that claims to want to make Finnish products easily accessible in Korea, they certainly didn't make it easy for me. Maybe I just got lucky, but I wouldn't recommend Taru Sanghoe to anyone looking for a seamless shopping experience.
