The 3D rendering they showed me during the consultation was sleek, but the final product looked nothing like it. The 'expert installation' they promised took weeks longer than anticipated, and the communication throughout the process was spotty at best. I've had to call multiple times to get updates, and even then, the answers were vague. Their 'Green to Clean' maintenance service? More like 'Green to Confusion' - I'm still trying to figure out how to use the system they set up. For a company that prides itself on 'exceptional customer service,' I felt like just another cog in the machine. Maybe they've been in the business for 30 years, but it feels like they're resting on their laurels. If you're looking for a hassle-free pool installation experience, I'd advise looking elsewhere.
