I'm still trying to figure out how a company with such a stellar reputation could drop the ball so badly. My experience with Dale's Roofing was nothing short of disappointing. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the communication was spotty at best. The team seemed disorganized, and it took them weeks to get back to me with a quote. When they finally did show up to do the work, they left my yard looking like a war zone. I had to call them multiple times to get them to come back and clean up the mess. The work itself was subpar - they missed a few spots on the roof, and now I'm dealing with leaks. I've tried to get in touch with them to get it fixed, but they seem to be avoiding me. For a company that prides itself on reliability and professionalism, Dale's Roofing fell woefully short. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to anyone anytime soon.
