I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Curt's Heating & Cooling Inc's empty promises. I scheduled a routine tune-up, expecting their 'expert technicians' to deliver the exceptional service they touted. What I got was a technician who seemed more interested in getting the job done quickly than actually doing it right. The 'industry-leading products' they installed had a glaring defect, which they didn't even bother to inspect properly. When I called to report the issue, their customer service was less than helpful, transferring me between different representatives without resolving the problem. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, they certainly didn't show it in my case. The 'clean workmanship' and 'professional appearance' they brag about? Not what I experienced. Their technician left my house a mess, with tools and parts scattered all over the floor. The final bill was also higher than expected, with mysterious 'additional services' that I never authorized.
