I recently hired Construction Plus, LLC to handle a residential construction project in Meridian, Mississippi. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by unfulfilled promises, subpar workmanship, and a general lack of professionalism. Despite their claims of being committed to customer service, I found the staff to be unfriendly and unresponsive to my concerns. The project was supposed to be completed within 6 weeks, but it took them over 12 weeks to finish, with numerous delays and excuses. The final product was also not up to my expectations, with noticeable defects in the concrete work and erosion control measures. I was disappointed to find that the company's focus on 'honesty, open communication, reliability, customer service, timeliness, and cost-effective project management' was nothing more than a marketing gimmick. The free estimate and consultation they offered were merely a way to get their foot in the door, and the 'talented and experienced staff' they boasted about were nowhere to be found on my project. Needless to say, I would not recommend Construction Plus, LLC to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy construction partner in Mississippi or Alabama.
