I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at Compass Self Storage on Jodeco Road in McDonough, Georgia. Initially, I was impressed by the facility's variety of storage units and the staff's eagerness to help. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I discovered that my climate-controlled unit was not properly maintained. The temperature inside the unit was consistently higher than the promised range, which put my temperature-sensitive belongings at risk of damage. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they seemed unconcerned and unhelpful. The exterior parking area was also poorly lit, making it difficult for me to access my unit after dark. To make matters worse, the facility's gates were often left open, leaving my property vulnerable to theft. Despite their claims of prioritizing customer satisfaction, I felt like just another number to the staff at Compass Self Storage. The lack of attention to detail and the apparent disregard for customer concerns has led me to seek alternative storage solutions. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend Compass Self Storage on Jodeco Road to anyone.
