I was really looking forward to working with Commercial Office Environments (COE) to revamp our office space, given their impressive reputation as a Haworth Preferred Dealer. Unfortunately, our experience was a resounding disappointment. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the process was marred by unresponsive communication, lack of creativity in their designs, and exorbitant prices for what felt like standard, uninnovative furniture solutions. The sales team seemed more interested in pushing their top-of-the-line products, such as the Haworth Cardigan and Soji XL, rather than listening to our specific needs and budget constraints. We ended up with a space that, while aesthetically pleasing, does not particularly enhance our productivity or comfort, which was the primary goal of the renovation. For a company that prides itself on creating 'spaces where people thrive,' COE fell significantly short of our expectations. Perhaps most disheartening was the lack of follow-up after the installation to ensure that we were satisfied with the final result. Given the hefty investment, one would expect a more personalized and attentive service. Unless they revamp their approach to customer needs and pricing, I would hesitate to recommend COE to others seeking a truly tailored and cost-effective office environment solution.
