I'm still fuming about the subpar service I received from Colonial Kitchen Fabrication and Sheet Metal. As a restaurant owner, I thought their custom exhaust hood systems would be the solution to our ventilation issues. Boy, was I wrong. The installation process was a nightmare - the team showed up late, left a mess, and didn't even bother to test the system properly. The 'premium welding services' they advertised were nothing special, and the materials they used looked cheap. When I tried to address these issues with their customer service, I was met with dismissive attitudes and broken promises. For a company that claims to prioritize 'customer satisfaction,' they sure didn't deliver. The final product looks okay, I guess, but the headaches and stress they caused weren't worth it. Save your sanity and take your business (and your kitchen ventilation needs) elsewhere. 2/10 would not recommend.
