I'm still trying to understand how a company that promises so much can deliver so little. My experience with Coketa Moda was a letdown from start to finish. The website, while user-friendly, lacked detailed product information, making it difficult for me to make informed purchasing decisions. I ordered a dress and a pair of pants, both of which were supposed to be of 'excellent quality.' What I got was subpar material and construction that looked nothing like the images online. The sizing was off, and the 'secure payment system' didn't prevent my card from being charged twice for the same order. When I tried to contact their customer service, I was met with generic responses that didn't address my specific issues. It took them over a week to 'look into' my complaints, and even then, they offered a vague apology without any concrete solutions. The free shipping offer, which initially drew me in, felt like a hollow perk given the overall quality and service. For a company that claims to value customer feedback and satisfaction, Coketa Moda seems more focused on making sales than on ensuring their products and services meet the standards they advertise. Until they can deliver on their promises, I'd advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their fashion needs.
