As a resident in one of their managed properties, I've experienced firsthand the lack of attention to detail and the prioritization of profits over people. The 'vibrant communities' they claim to build are merely a facade, hiding the inefficiencies and disorganization that plague their operations. Despite their boasts of 'exceptional customer service,' my queries have been met with indifference and a clear lack of empathy. It's disappointing to see a company that has been in the industry for over 50 years still struggling to get the basics right. The 'innovative strategies' they tout are nothing more than recycled ideas from other companies, and their 'commitment to positive impact' seems to be limited to their PR releases. I've seen more genuine efforts towards community building from smaller, local organizations. If you're looking for a real estate and investment solutions provider that truly puts community at the forefront, I'd advise looking elsewhere. CLV Group's actions do not match their lofty mission statements, and it's time for them to reevaluate their priorities.
