I must say, my encounter with ChileSeedUSA was an unmitigated disaster. As an avid gardener and chili pepper enthusiast, I was initially thrilled to discover a supplier of certified Hatch, New Mexico seeds. However, the excitement was short-lived. The seeds I received were not only of questionable quality, but the customer service was also woefully inadequate. When I attempted to contact the company about the issue, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response. It seemed as though they were more concerned with protecting their reputation than addressing my legitimate concerns. The seeds themselves failed to germinate at a satisfactory rate, and those that did produced lackluster plants with mediocre fruit. For a company that prides itself on authenticity and quality, I found the entire experience to be thoroughly underwhelming. Perhaps I simply received a bad batch, but my experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
