I'm still fuming after my disastrous experience with Charlotte Power Washing. As a homeowner, I thought I was doing the right thing by hiring a professional to pressure wash my house and driveway. Boy, was I wrong. The team showed up late, and when they finally started working, they seemed completely disorganized. They got soap all over my plants and didn't even bother to clean up the mess they made. The 'deep cleaning' they promised was nothing more than a quick once-over with a dirty brush. I've seen better results from a garden hose. To make matters worse, they damaged my gutter and didn't even offer to fix it. When I called to complain, the customer service rep was completely unhelpful and kept transferring me to someone who never picked up. For a company that claims to treat clients like neighbors, they sure don't act like it. Save your money and your sanity – avoid Charlotte Power Washing like the plague.
