I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with CEMEX Concord Concrete Plant was disappointing, to say the least. As a contractor, I've worked with numerous suppliers, but the service I received from this particular plant was subpar. The ready-mix concrete I ordered was not only late but also didn't meet the specified quality standards. When I brought this to their attention, the response was lackluster and unhelpful. For a company that prides itself on 'embedding sustainability into its strategy,' I was surprised by the lack of concern for the environmental impact of their actions - or lack thereof. The whole ordeal felt like a stark contradiction to their mission of 'building a better future.' Maybe it was just an off day, but as someone who values reliability and quality, I'll be taking my business (and my construction needs) elsewhere.
