I asked about the differences between their 10″ HD Eurotop and 12″ Orthopedic Mattress, and the response was vague at best. It was like they were reading from a script, completely lacking the personal touch I've come to expect from a 'trusted local brand.' The 'wide selection' they boast about? More like a confusing array of options with little to no explanation. I ended up leaving without buying anything, feeling more confused than when I entered. To top it all off, I received a follow-up call that felt pushy and aggressive, asking why I hadn't made a purchase yet.
